| Boiler Sets (copper only) |
| These inlcude all material in copper, seamless tube for barrel
(where applicable), fire tubes, superheater flues, foundation materials,
firehole ring, longitudinal stays, all other flat metal, and ready FLANGED
plates marked for designed hole position. Longitudinal, firebox and crown-cross
stays are supplied in phosphor bronze rod, unless specified in the model,
blower stays are supplied in copper tube only |

| Copper and Non-Standard Barrels |
| These can be supplied rolled from flat sheet copper with silver soldered
castellated jpint. We suggest those of you who are members of any society
clarify whether this type of joint is acceptable by the club's insurance
policy. All barrels are fully silver soldered and visually sound, we are
unable to pressure test them and cannot be held responsible for any fault
caused through subsequent 'brazing' or silver-soldering operations. |

| Formed from our steel discs; marked for tube and hole positions,
but not drilled. We regret we are unable to mark plates to NON-STANDARD
layouts, but will supply unmarked plates on request |

| Rolled and Silver-Soldered Smokebox Tubes |
|
These are rolled from brass sheet to drawing dimensions and have a straight
butt joint along base. We can also make to Customer's own specifications
when requested. (1/8" wall thickness maximum).
Silver sodlers, bush material, superheater elements (also stainless steel),
regulator castings and finished fittings are not included with Boiler
Sets. The majority of these items are to the builders own fancy and can
also be purchased from Reeves 2000. Please see our catalogue for further
